  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp salt

For Crockpot Taco Pasta:

  • 1 lb 450g ground beef
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 can 15 oz black beans, rinsed
  • 1 can 15 oz corn
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups uncooked pasta
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions
 

Brown the Ground Beef:

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces. Drain excess fat.

Layer Ingredients in Crock Pot:

  • For stew: Add potatoes, carrots, onions, and garlic to the crock pot. Top with browned beef, broth, and seasonings.
  • For chili: Combine browned beef, tomatoes, beans, onions, garlic, and seasonings in the crock pot.
  • For taco pasta: Mix browned beef, salsa, beans, corn, taco seasoning, pasta, and water in the crock pot.

Cook:
