  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts (cubed)
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined

  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers sliced
  • 1/2 cup onions sliced
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

Prepare Ingredients

  • Cut chicken into bite-sized cubes.
  • Pat dry shrimp with paper towels.
  • Slice bell peppers and onions.
  • Mince garlic.

Cook Chicken

  • Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken, season with half the paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Sauté for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp 165°F).
  • Remove from skillet and set aside.

Cook Shrimp

  • Add 1 tbsp olive oil and butter to the same skillet.
  • Sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp, season with remaining spices.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until shrimp turns pink and opaque.
  • Remove and set aside.

Combine & Finish

  • Add bell peppers and onions to the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
  • Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping up any bits from the pan.
  • Return chicken and shrimp to the skillet, tossing everything together.
  • Simmer for 2 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley.
